We had to go through KRAP to get to Las Vegas

That's right, Rapid City is KRAP. Las Vegas is KLAS. Apparently they're big on irony.

Well the trip was awesome. We landed at 2pm Vegas time on Thursday, and left the hotel at 8am on Saturday. We spent less than 48 hours in Vegas but we packed in a week of entertainment.

During my 42 hours in Vegas I slept only 8. 2 the first night, and a long 6 the second because I had to navigate on the way home.



I can't begin to describe everything we did, so I'll stick to the big stuff:

Watched the water show at the Bellagio
Shark Reef at the Mandalay Bay
Cirque du Soleil: KA
Walked every inch of the strip several times, and at all hours of the day
Did the rides at the top of the Stratosphere at night

That's all I can think of for now. There was so much more but those were the major attractions. I'll only post one picture but Denis took a bunch and I have videos if anyone wants to check out some of the sights.

Even better, in 42 hours I actually got a tan.
